Fancy

Today was a Wednesday.  Sometimes Wednesdays are blah.

I have work still here on my desk that is supposed to be done today.  BUT, I am tired and will be leaving this stuff for tomorrow.  But, bleh, just that thought makes me feel bleh.

I felt the need to make something a little less Wednesday-ish before I call this day a wrap.

A few weeks ago I was in the Dollar Store and bought two kinda of fancy looking glasses.  They were actually a little thicker glass, than what one would expect from the Dollar Store.  So they glasses came home with me.  I set them on the counter to be washed.

When the hubster came home, I went to show him the fancy glasses I got for him and I to enjoy a drink in.  I then proceeded to accidentally knock a glass in to the sink and break it.  Mind you now, that I deliberately did not put the glasses in the sink because I have had children throw dishes in to the sink rather roughly and break glass things that were already in the sink.  So the fact that I broke a glass myself from its “safe” spot directly in to the sink was ironic I suppose.

However, now I have one fancy glass.

Tonight I am thankful for my one fancy glass to make a sip milk before bedtime just a less Wednesday-ish than the milk would have been in a regular glass!
