Suprise

Many years ago I said I would never go shopping on Thanksgiving.  Seriously, I have a not-so-good track record with the word never.

This year is the third or fourth year that I’ve gone shopping in the wee hours of the morning.  It’s hard to say no with such huge savings!  I saved over several hundreds of dollars this morning!  That is HUGE!!  It works out well.  I save $$, get some shopping done, and arrive home with donuts while the kiddos wake up!

This morning I had an extra surprise!  The hubster got up and came with me!  He has never been to these crazy sales in the wee hours of the morning.  I was quite surprised!  I don’t know if he’ll return next year or not.  He had fun people watching, that’s for sure!

Tonight I am thankful for a wonderful Thanksgiving with loving family and good food!  And I am thankful for my surprise shopping partner this morning!  I hope everyone had a wonderful Thanksgiving!!
