I was going to paint outside more today. Look, I even put on my painting pants! I really wasn’t feeling it. I worked a little on my home office space. That is looking nicer!
I did make myself get up and go outside. I saw our chairs sitting stacked up, outside the barn. I thought I’d stop and put the chairs out. Then I thought I’d let the goats out for a bit. Their pen is too small right now. It was the quick pen we had for them when we moved in at the beginning of winter. They’ll have a new pen soon. But for now, they need to be let out to roam more. So I decided to relax in the sun while the goats wandered.
Hmm, then I did start to get some things set up to paint. I had to take a break though when one of the tools that I needed was with the hubster. Then I had to take a kiddo out to pet sit. (Shameless plug for my kiddo’s pet sitting business here!).
Well, then I got back home and it was already after seven. And that just seems a little late to start a painting project, doesn’t it? There’s nothing wrong with relaxing a bit more.
Tonight I am thankful for the painting that I didn’t do today! It was nice to relax a bit. There’ll be plenty of time to paint later. The paint isn’t going anywhere!
