It started with one kiddo. She wanted to go to the lake today. She talked to another kiddo and got her on board. I was digging the idea of the lake myself. Then another kiddo was added in. Then another. The hubster was going to sit this one out, he said. Then he realized we were all going and he’d be left here being all boring by himself. So he changed his mind and came along too!
Tonight I am thankful for ending today at the lake with the kiddos and hubster! It was pretty quiet. And it was definitely peaceful and pretty!
