Yesterday a kiddo did a final sweep of the three walk-in attics at the old house. It turns out that we had not cleaned everything out like we thought! There were still some important boxes and this important green suitcase!
This green suitcase is all kinds of special!! When I was little my mom kept fabric and things in here to make my Barbie clothes. We couldn’t afford to buy all the Barbie clothes, but she sewed plenty of them for me! It was an exciting suitcase!
When I stopped playing with Barbies, I was given the suitcase!! I have always loved the idea of traveling and adventures. I started to writing to different states and travel places that I found in the back of magazines. I saved everything they sent me and saved it in the green suitcase. It had to keep having an exciting purpose!
Tonight I am thankful for finding the green suitcase of excitement!! The outside is a little dusty. I need to clean it. But, the inside is still as exciting as ever!! Adventures await!!
