Away

Here I was, driving away for the last time . . or so I thought.

I walked thru for the last time. I had grabbed the router because I didn’t think the new buyers wanted to keep the same internet. After I was at the office for over an hour, I received word that the buyers did want the same internet. I called the internet company, just to make sure if the new owners would use the same router or a different one. They would use the same one.

So, after I made my emotional goodbye to our home of the last 10+ years, I went back again! It was so fitting for this journey! It made me laugh! It was definitely a good way to go from emotional to “over-it”!

Tonight I am thankful for a good good-bye from our family home of the last decade! I am thankful for all the memories and happy with our next adventure!! And I am happy for the new family to make their own memories!
