Honesty

I am trying a coaching program. I think I may have written about it when I signed up . . hmm, maybe I should keep track of my blog topics. Anyway, I had looked at this coaching program for a long time. Finally it had a good sale for the first month free and the second month half price. It was a good time for me to try it out finally!

Part of this coaching program is doing a “REAL Strengths Assessment”. Ok, so normally I dislike any type of test like this. They are very subjective. I don’t know how to answer when my answer is “sometimes” or “possibly” and those aren’t chooseable answers on given questions! I was a little curious that this assessment was scheduled with a person. And today was my day.

I will have the results by Thursday. I have to say that it seemed much better doing the test as a discussion with another person! I got to explain my answers and give more context to situational answers! I am a little excited to see what the results are!

Tonight I am thankful for a new kind of test! I mean, the answers aren’t going to say that I’m not a real person or something; so I think all is well! 😁
