New Day / Rewards

For a few weeks I did really good with less to no pop and eating healthier. Then, towards the end of last week I fell apart.

Today itself, I had multiple pops. Tsk. Tsk. I didn’t meal prep this week. I’ve eaten like crap. Sugar, carbs, YUM, I’ve welcomed them all.

Ah, but tomorrow. Tomorrow is a new day and I’ll be getting back on track. I was getting proud of the healthy steps I was taking and feeling good!

Tonight I am thankful for tomorrow! I won’t stop restarting! I’ll get this healthy stuff done . . and then reward myself with pie ๐Ÿ˜๐Ÿ˜ Seriously, food rewards are good in moderation! Just not as an every day thing, like I sometimes do ๐Ÿ˜
