Clearance

Do you like my new friends?! They were on clearance at Menards! I loved them when I first saw them! There is a squirrel with acorns and an owl. They both smile and have big solar powered eyes 🙂

I was so excited when we got home with them, so I could show the kids! Except the kiddos said the squirrel is creepy 😦 They said the owl is kind of creepy, but they said it makes more sense because owls have big eyes. Then, one kiddo called out why they looked creepy; that stupid Five Nights at Freddie’s thing from some years back.

Oh well, I won’t let the kiddos ruin my new friends!! I still think they are cute!!

Tonight I am thankful for my clearance friends from Menards! The hubster is indifferent, but glad that I am happy with them! Maybe the kiddos will learn to love them too . . maybe I’ll give them hats and scarves or something.
