Did It

Well we did it! A new route tonight had us roughly at 46 miles. My body is soooo mad at me!

I got home and took ibuprofen right away. Along with DoTerra’s Deep Blue capsules. I am laying in bed with my back/shoulder area on a heating pad. And I am under several layers, as my body cooled down, it forgot to stop cooling. It’s been over an hour and I think my body temperature is starting to regulate!

Tonight I am thankful that we made it!! It doesn’t matter that I was contemplating calling the hubster to get us 1/2 mile from home because I was sooo done! It doesn’t matter that I haven’t slathered on the menthol muscle rub yet because my body screams when I move up! What matters is that we made it!
