Here are a couple of my staples. The problem, I am not the most consistent person in the world. The kelp helps with thyroid and all the things that go along with that. The cranberry helps with my stupid decisions when I don’t drink enough water.
My first kidney stone was completely my fault. I was breastfeeding my first baby and stopped drinking fluids like I had when I was pregnant . . not thinking that my body still needed extra fluids, since it was making enough milk to feed a whole other person. Anyway, I kind of dehydrated myself and was left with my first kidney stone. That is the only one that I have ever needed surgery for.
After that, I can feel when they are small or maybe when they are starting. I don’t know inside what the feelings are from exactly. But I know what they are! Yesterday it dawned on me that I hadn’t been drinking enough water. Then today, I felt the pains. I drank some water and downed two cranberry pills.
I was good for a bit, until I went biking in the heat. I tried to stop and drink more water. I made it about 20 miles before it was a bit too much for my body.
Tonight I am thankful for cranberry and kelp in capsules! I don’t like cranberry juice. I doubt I’d like kelp if I ever actually tried it. Amazon keeps me stocked and helps keep me healthy!
