Purse Make-Up

I keep lots of interesting things in my purse. I could mace a person, measure the distance between us, stick their shoelaces together, cut their pantleg to make handcuffs, bandage myself if I got carried away with the knife, while eating a snack, spreading some essential oils, cleaning up the area, securing my hair, and taking notes about everything that happened! 🤣 Honestly, half of my purse is over-packed to safeguard against myself. And that seems to work.

Like today, I had one appraisal appointment at a vacant house. Cool. It’s the day before Thanksgiving. I put on my jeans, my “Schmidty Mom” long sleeved hoodie, and my pink flannell jacket, with my hair in a messy bun. Not exactly the epitome of professionalism. But, who cares, right? I won’t see anyone. Until I get out to the house and there were two cars in the driveway! Ugh!

So, I kept driving 😆 I pulled in to a parking lot, put on some make-up, fixed my hair, and buttoned my jacket so the words on my shirt were covered. I passed for casual professional. . . maybe. The owner had decided to do some last minute things to the house. The people there didn’t look skeptical of me, so it was all good!

Tonight I am thankful for my purse make up, and my purse hairbrush! They helped out today!!
