Years ago I taught my first Financial Peace class. It was pretty neat! I’ve taught one more class since then. It was rewarding as well. But, I’ll be honest, the first class will always hold a special place in my heart! I’ve considered teaching another class since that second class, but it just hasn’t felt like the right time.
In my planning for Escalate Love and helping parents with their teenagers, money is always a factor. I mean, in my own walk with my kiddos, I was able to do some things more easily because we have been on our Financial Peace journey for years now. And I have been able to move things in my kiddos’ lives because of the set up of my job and the flexibility that comes with it.
It became obvious that now is the time to learn how to help bridge the parenting and financial worlds a little more; as this will definitely be something that comes up when coaching parents!
Before all this injury crap, I had signed up to become a Ramsey Financial Coach. I was working thru that program a little at a time, as I still have my existing businesses and the other things that I am doing to prepare and build Escalate Love. The Ramey Financial Coach program is a fantastic program! I have just been moving slow.
Tonight I am thankful that this healing time on the couch has allowed more time to work thru this training! I’m hoping to have the training completed by the end of this week or next week at the very latest! And I am super thankful for this extra knowledge to be able to help people and give hope for uncertain futures!
