Preparing

It was two or three days ago now that I noticed a lightening in my forehead above my eye. It still doesn’t have a lot of feeling to it, but it didn’t feel like a mass stuck to my head. I told the hubster and he asked what that meant. I quoted the movie Groundhog Day and told him “Anything different is good! “

This progress is slow. I am working on my patience for sure. I did find an upside to the nerve damage thing though! I plucked my eye brows today (long overdue since I was a little scared) and there was no pain on my right eye side! I mean, if you can’t feel anything from injured nerves, than there is no feeling from forceably removing hair follicles! Hooray!

The tricky part here is finding balance. I tire easily, get headaches easily, and still get weird, random fevers. But, the headaches are less and no shooting pains causing instant, debilitating migraines, so I like this progress! I am getting most of my work done. But not really contributing much around the house. This weekend, I have to leave the house. It means so, so much to my kiddo, so we will make it happen! Tonight I mixed up some new oil blends. I can feel the oils tingling when I put them on at night, so I’m sure they are doing something!

Tonight I am thankful for time to prepare for this weekend! I love road trips, but this one had me unsure. Now though, I think we have a good plan. We won’t be near as adventurous. And there will be a lot more quiet time away from noise and lights. But, we can do it!!

And for your viewing pleasure, here was my work buddy for the day 🙂
