I promise not to have every blog from now until the end of April be about this fitness challenge. But, this will be a part of my life now. So it will be popping up from time to time.
Last night, as I lay in bed to sleep, I could feel some muscles that were unhappy. Yesterday was ab day. Today was leg day. I kept having to take breaks. I got very sweaty. I needed a nap when I was done. I had a total of 20 minutes of legs this morning! This is so sad!
But, I will not be discouraged!! I was on the couch for 6 weeks! I am starting from behind. It will get better! I am excited to get better! I’ll look back on this in 3 1/2 months and chuckle at how hard it was to start. And I’ll be so happy that I stuck with it!
Tonight I am thankful that this is temporary. Tonight it was hard to get off the couch. Tomorrow it will probably be difficult too. But, it will get better after awhile! And it will be worth it!
