Promises

I had promised a kiddo that we could go to the gym today after work.  I had made that promise several days ago.

That promise was before I decided to indulge the same kiddo with a late night gym trip yesterday.  It was before I didn’t get enough sleep last night.  And it was before I knew it would be so cold out!!

But, a promise is a promise!

Tonight I am thankful for that promise.  I did make myself a little sore.  I came home and wrapped my knee in my red light therapy thing – thank you Amazon!  But, it was good that we went!  I’m feeling a little stronger and that is great!
