I need that people transporter that you see in movies. I was sitting there this evening trying to calculate, if I left town tomorrow after my last house appointment, and drove to North Carolina, could I make it back by Sunday to celebrate Easter with everyone here? I can’t find a way to make it work.
Well, actually I could. If I left after my last appointment tomorrow, I could make it to North Carolina by 4 or 5 am on Saturday. I need to be back here in Michigan by probably 9am on Sunday. So, I could sleep for a few hours, visit for a few hours, then leave North Carolina around 3pm Saturday. That would have me back in Michigan for a few hours of sleep before Sunday morning!
With enough caffeine and a loud radio, I think I could do it!! The hubster thinks it’s “unsafe”. Pfff! Well, maybe he’s a little right. But, I could still do it!!!!
Tonight I would be very thankful if transporters were real. Since they’re not; I will be thankful for video calls. We’ll do that on Easter instead so I can see the North Carolina kiddos! ❤
