Little Things

Today was pretty wet.  I had quite a bit of driving to do. 

It is recognized that things are beautiful in the sun.  Sometimes it is easy to look over the beauty in the rain.  The sky isn’t as colorful.  But the leaves shine different.  The water dances excitedly. And the air smells clean.

Tonight I am thankful for taking time to soak in the little things today.  There is always beauty in every day life; we just need to look.
