Have you ever watched Frozen? Do you know how Elsa feels at home with the icy coldness? I feel that sometimes with the stormy weather. Of course I feel at home with the sunshine a lot too! But sometimes, on days like today, I feel like the stormy sky matches me.
Today held multiple situations where there just really wasn’t a winner. The best outcomes of multiple situations today were to minimize loss and damages. And when the best scenario is to lighten a bad situation, then the best scenario leaves a lot to be desired.
So, yes, today, I enjoyed the stormy sky. I went out for a bike ride in it. I wore bright colors and turned on my bike lights. Then I looked around and breathed in the storm.
Tonight I am thankful for the moments when a soul can find camaraderie with nature. Tomorrow can be sunny. Today needed to storm!
