Reset

Today was the start of my reset!  I did start out good on our trip; eating reasonably and getting in some exercise. Somewhere along the way, I got off track. Not super far off, but off track nonetheless.

I dusted off some gym equipment.  I drank lots of water.  I ate fruits and veggies.  And I am going to bed at a reasonable hour!

Tonight I am thankful for a reset!  It is needed!  And I am excited to get back on track!
