Nice

I started the day with no expectations.  I was laying in bed and thought maybe a big breakfast would be nice.  So after a bit of lolly-gagging, I got up and made a yummy breakfast.

Then I just sat in a recliner and read for awhile.  It was pretty nice!

I did feel like I should do something, so I cleaned the kitchen.  The hubster and a kiddo were going to the office to mow the lawn.  So, I joined them and did a little work. 

Afterwards, we stopped at A&W.  An early dinner sounded pretty good!  Back home I did a few more little chores, and a bit more relaxing and reading before we lit some fireworks in the driveway.

Tonight I am thankful for a low key and restful holiday!  I did keep fighting the urge to get up and do more.  But, the end result was great! 😁
