I have multiple businesses. I have, in the past, started a business for a specific purpose; just to shut it down after the purpose was completed.
That would be when I started a coffee shop just to keep a zoning grandfathered use allowed on a commercial building. Mediocre Coffee was a learning curve and we made it fun! And once the building sold, Mediocre Coffee was no more. I don’t even drink coffee!
Now I’m looking at the idea of starting a business with ties to North Carolina. I’ll have two kiddos there! And if the product originates there, and I have to go get it; well, then I’ll get to see the kiddos more! This idea is still in the research phase. But, I like it!
Tonight I am thankful for the possibility of a business that takes me to my kiddos! We’ll see where this leads!!
