Pulling Up

So far I’ve only missed one day of working on my pull-up skills! Every day I’m going out, using a bench to lift myself up, holding on tight, and slowly drifting back down to the ground.

I can say that now, in to week two, I can hold myself up a little longer before falling.  Yay!  It’s small, but it’s progress.

Tonight I am thankful for progress!  It is slow, but I’ll keep going!  I’m going to get to be able to do that pull-up!
