Yes, as the title states, I am currently trying a way of eating that creates metabolic confusion. My metabolism has been doing a sub-par job from what I want it to do anyway! Confusing it sounds like a good idea!
Yesterday was a higher carb day! That was great!! Today was a lower carb today. I hasn’t anticipated how my metabolism was going to enlist my tummy and my taste buds to lead a revolt against my new plan! Today I wanted to eat all the goods. All of them! Maybe just a few bites of each food, but definitely all the foods!
Tonight I am thankful that I did NOT eat all the foods as my body had suggested! Maybe I need to confuse more of my body to make this easier? 🤣🤣
