I’ve had to look at my health from a different angle. With a moody gall bladder, I’ve had to pick different foods and eat at different times. This led me to researching and looking into other things.
Last week I started with V Shred, very excited with the idea of metabolic confusion. The science behind it and how my body has been, it seemed very logical.
So for a week now I’ve been eating (mostly) better, and different from my normal, for sure. For the past week I’ve been doing my HIIT workouts. And, so far so good!
Tonight I am thankful for the science and practicality of this new plan! Even with this morning’s workout; I wanted to go a little easy since I had my first ninja class of the season tonight. And, I made it!
