Interruptions

Last night, I slept with interruptions.  Teenage interruptions.

The evening started out with a reasonable 11:30pm (ish) check in with, “I wanted to see if you were sleeping yet.

Then we hit a 2am kiddo getting out of work.  Please people, leave your restaurants on time!! I was actually up a bit here:  messaged the kiddo who was working, then couldn’t fall back asleep until back home. Then we had a 5am kiddo leaving the house.  This kiddo came back home, did stuff, and left again.

Tonight I am thankful for my moments of sleep!  I am thankful that everyone is alive and safe! ❤  And I am preemptively thankful for the sleep I will be getting tonight!
