This has been a very long past 24 hours. My head knows what is right. My emotions are throwing an absolute fit. And my heart is somewhere in between the two.
Tonight I am thankful for the choice to not stay in the emotions. When they get stirring up too much, they leak out of my eyes. But the rest of the time, the assurance that we are doing the right and honoring thing is grounding.
