Alright! We have a plan for Christmas Eve!
It is hard, ya know? To make plans for a special holiday when we will be missing TWO people who have always made is special.
We are shaking it up a bit. But we are keeping it a little the same.
We will have good – Pizza Hut. And we will have presents – from Dollar Tree.
Why? Because we don’t feel like cooking and baking a lot right now. And shopping has been minimal to non-existent.
We’ve had a covid Christmas. We’ve had sickly Christmases. And now we’re having our low-key just spending time with each other and doing a little of the other stuff Christmas!
Tonight I am thankful for a plan for Christmas Eve that really feels like the right plan this year. We’ll have fun. We’ll be relaxed. And it’ll just be our Pizza Hut and Dollar Tree Christmas 🙂
