The Long Way

On our way from ninja, I sometimes like to take the long way. It really isn’t that much longer than the normal way, actually. Just some side roads and thru a residential area. But, there is a lake there. And I am a sucker for the water 🙂

Even when the water is frozen, it just has a calmness that speaks to my soul. And tonight the moon was peeking at the lake thru the clouds. My kiddo thought it was silly that I pulled over to take a picture. But, look how pretty!

Tonight I am thankful for taking the long way home! It was so pretty! 😍😍
