Theme

Oh, it is one of those days. I’ve thought about a number of topics for tonight’s blog. All of them seem to be a bit deep. And I don’t want to write that much. 🤣

So, I think I’m going to settle on an overview of the big, deep, emotionally consuming, mentally draining things in life.

Tonight I am thankful that these big things don’t last. I am thankful that God is with us, even when we can’t see or feel him. I am thankful that prayer works, love is real, and thankfulness/praise can go a long way to keeping a mind where it should be.

I seem to be having a theme of falling asleep to Brandon Lake’s “Don’t You Give up on Me” playing. I sleep better that way. If there is one theme in life, it is that God is there even when we can’t see him; and he is just waiting for us to let him help.
