February by the Numbers

Here I am, being all accountable and what-not!

After finishing January and looking at the numbers right there in writing . . well, that was some good motivation to do better in February!

I did change my rules a little bit for February. March is going to get stricter again. But, if I were to succeed, I needed February to be a little lighter. It was just a stressful month. I knew it would be. So I planned for that. And that is ok! One thing I know about me is that I sometimes set myself up to fail. And I am trying not to do that.

Ok, back to February! I had six things I was shooting to do every day. And my numbers look pretty darn good!
1) Taking my vitamins – 100% 🎊
2) Waking up at an intentional time – 100% (this isn’t always an “early” time. It is simply intentionally done!)
3) Drinking water – 92.86%
4) Reading devotional – 85.71%
5) Intentionally eating healthy – 78.57%
6) Exercise – 71.42%

Every single area went up from January’s numbers! Hooray!

Tonight I am thankful for pretty good numbers in February. March is going to get harder again. And that’s ok. Sometimes life needs more grace and sometimes life needs more discipline. Let’s go March!
