My March quest to be able to the Sea Shanty plank/push up thing is under way. I thought the biggest struggle would be my arms with this.
NOPE! It is the speed/choreography first. And the muscle that runs over the front of my hips to my thigh second. Wowzers! My arms need some improvement, but they aren’t the biggest struggle here.
The good news is that since setting this goal, I have learned that there are several different versions of this routine. That makes me super confident that I will be able to do at least one of them! 🙂
Tonight I am thankful that there are 20 days left in March. This goal is attainable! And I will be Sea Shanty-ing along with the internet people in time!
P.S. I know why most of them wear hats that cover their faces for this! It is not a flattering angle!
