I set a goal at the beginning of this month to be able to do the Sea Shanty exercise workout thing. With my recent trip, then catching up with life, and life itself; I am a little behind.
There are now 6 days left in this month. This morning I was back at it. It’s not going to be pretty. But I’m going to be doing it.
See, here’s the thing about goals. They can change. They can expand.
Since setting this goal, I have found that there are actually different versions of the movements. So I am going with one that is more easily attainable. And I am ok with that. Because life happens! So, if I can hit my goal on the easier level this month; that’s a win! And maybe next month I’ll up a level. Or maybe I’ll pick something else.
Tonight I am thankful for goals with room to be change a little! I really didn’t want to fail at this. But I also needed time to be human. So I like Plan B! It is attainable and still on target. Perfect! 🙂
