I love a good nerd! I myself identify as a closet nerd. I’m not quite nerdy enough to be a true nerd. But I can speak nerd. And I can operate to an impressive degree of nerdiness.
I have been seeking the help of a true and qualified nerd. And today, I found him! He was in the upper-most level of tech support; like the level that only the specially-keyed elevator can reach.
My select nerd was stumped by my dilemma. But, in true super-nerd fashion; my nerd found this as a challenge!! One and a half hours later, my nerd solved the problem!!! It’s been seriously at least six weeks. I would have to go back and look, I think it’s actually been eight weeks. I’ve talked to three different companies that have to work together for this. And I’ve talked to so many support people that I’ve lost count.
Tonight I am thankful for finally finding the nerd who would not be defeated!!! I want to send him a cape! He earned it! He solved the issues! Now everything works as it should! Hooray!!
