Mid-Range Hopes

Tomorrow is the day!! 

My healing body is still tiring more easily.  But, I am setting an alarm to get up and do some light exercises!!  I am not naturally an early morning work out person, but I’d like to be. So, I am trying again!

Then I will eat the yummy looking high protein, low carb recipes I’ve found!  I have Mid-range hopes for tomorrow!  I’d like to say high-hopes, BUT, I will be listening to my body.  And, if it isn’t ready, I will change the plans.
