The hubster’s car was off being repaired. We got out to my car so I could take him to work and it wouldn’t start. Brought out the lawn mower to try to jump the battery and it wouldn’t work.
Kiddo to the rescue! I called a local kiddo who came and took the hubster to work and me to the auto store for a battery. I put the new battery in and it started right up! Then I took the neutral off and it died. The alternator . . dun dun dun!!!
Maybe about five years ago we took a family vacation to Myrtle Beach. On that trip the vehicle we were driving had the alternator die on the way there. A kiddo and I are leaving this week for the ninja competition, which is the same direction. So I must say that I am glad to have the alternator problem now and not on the road!
Tonight I am thankful for doing the repairs now and not 10 hours from home! This is much easier to handle!
