I made a goal to go to at least two gym classes per week. I know its a little early to be celebrating. But, I kind of am, just a little bit.
Like today, for instance, I didn’t want to go. I got in late last night after the concert. I had work to get done today. I was tired. But, I signed up for a 5pm crossfit class.
I was watching the clock because I was a little concerned I’d forget. I thought I was getting ready on time. I arrived about 2 minutes late. But, I made it!
I didn’t feel energetic. I didn’t feel like exercising. But I did it!
Tonight I am thankful that, so far, so good! At least twice a week for a few weeks now. I think this is a good goal for now. Twice a week at the gym and then some workouts on my own from home. This is attainable!!! Crazy talk! Making attainable goals and all!!
