I love the movie You’ve Got Mail. There is a line in there when they are just internet pen pals where she references a poem or something that she read about a butterfly on the subway. And she was so excited when she saw one!
Well I’ve only been on the subway (that I can recall) when I was in New York City. And I didn’t see a butterfly.
But, today I was in Meijer and I saw a dragonfly!! I was contemplating running to the toy section, I was only a few aisles away, grabbing a net, and capturing him. I figured the door greater would probably let me walk outside with an unpaid-for net if I was coming right back after freeing the dragonfly. But, he flew away before I could grab a net.
Tonight I am thankful for seeing a dragonfly in the Meijer today! I hope he found his way out! He only had to go straight down the aisle he was in, a minor curve, and out the door. He was about half way there! 🙂
