Poison Ivy

Annnnd, there goes my Mother of the Year Award.

I had my kiddo clean up some weeds. Weeds where I knew there was poison ivy. I didn’t believe that this specific kiddo was affected by poison ivy. I was wrong.

My kiddo also didn’t believe that they were affected by poison ivy. They were wrong too. But, I’m mom. I should have known.

I have a reaction to poison ivy. So there totally should be some products in this house to treat a poison ivy rash. Do you think I could find anything? Nope.

Tonight I am thankful that we live in close proximity to a store that is open late and carries poison ivy treatment products! My kiddo has now scrubbed with poison ivy soap, and put poison ivy lotion on. And hopefully he’ll be all better real soon!
