Photo Project

We set a date. October 1st will be the launch of Time 414’s App: A Time As This and a relaunch of the book, Parenting Teenagers! Besides the edits to the book, I want to update the cover.

It was on my calendar today to take some pictures for my editor (😉 – editor is my kiddo!). I had to stop at my Mom’s house and I was walking up, her porch struck me as a great photo op!

I borrowed her sweater . . . now mind you my Mom is quite a bit shorter than me. I tried on a few of her jackets before thinking that I could stretch a sweater a little! 🤣 I wasn’t super fancy today, as I was just going to an empty house and one drive by. So I also borrowed her necklace, which used to be my aunt’s. 😁 This is quite the family production at this point!

I don’t know if this will be the cover photo or not. But, I kind of like it. And I like that it would have a family backstory. But, we will see what other pictures come up between now and then! I did scroll for some other pictures and made a “pick your favorite photo” on Time 414’s Tik Tok, Instagram, and Youtube. (If you haven’t followed us, please do! *shameless plug*)

Tonight I am thankful for the moment of photo inspiration! And thankful that I am still raiding my Mom’s closet at 4- Oops! I mean at 29! 🤣 I almost forgot the age I claim to be there!
