I will admit, for awhile there I was doing very poorly with my water consumption.
This past week, I had an intentional goal to do better. And I have! Not consistently thru-out the day. But definitely, by the end of (almost) each day, I had done better!
Tonight I am thankful for the increase in water consumption this week! I will keep it up next week too! And I’m sure my body is very thankful and happy for this! 🙂
