Healing . . . πŸ™„ (annoyance)

Google Search: “ulcer after gall bladder removal”.
Result: “Yes, ulcers, specifically peptic ulcers, can develop after gallbladder removal. . . it can sometimes lead to changes in bile flow and acid production, potentially increasing the risk of ulcers”.

The pain from several weeks ago is gone, so the area where the gallbladder was, should be all better! But, there’s been other nagging, irritating, nauseous making, appetite reducing thing. It isn’t horrible to where I feel the need to see a doctor. But, it checks all the boxes of an ulcer.

AND, guess what? With the recent weather change, I’ve been taking extra apple cider vinegar to help with sinuses. Guess what is really not good for things like ulcers? You guessed it! Apple cider vinegar because of the acidicy.

So now, another diet alteration is happening. All nice, ulcer healing things. I read up on those food items. I like about 10% of the items listed. 🀣 I’ll just be over here living on pretty much yogurt for a bit to see if healing continues!

Tonight I am thankful for online research. Don’t get me wrong! I am not saying that I 100% have this. I’m just saying, the things line up, so if I can change my diet and feel better; I’d rather do that than go in for hours of appointments and tests. I know I pushed things during the healing period, so I am not all doom and gloom here. I pushed too hard, things got upset, so I’ll try to be nicer to me. Oooorrrrrrr, I could just live on water and vitamins! 🀣🀣 Might be easier! 🀣🀣
