Sweet Spot

Do you know what I like? I like when I naturally wake up just a minute or two before my alarm goes off.

When the alarm goes off, my body isn’t always ready to wake up yet.

When I wake up naturally it is much better. I don’t want to wake up naturally way before the alarm though. Waking up naturally is nice, but I wouldn’t trade it for 15 minutes of sleep.

There is just a sweet spot in there, that I believe to be no more than 2 or 3 minutes before the alarm. Any more than that is wasting precious sleep time!

Tonight I am thankful for waking up this morning a minute before the alarm! It was a much better way to wake up 🙂
