I hadn’t been to the gym in a few weeks. I’ve been working on building my garage gym. And I have been working out there. But, I’ve been meaning to get back to the other gym.
Today was the day! 5pm, I was in there.
I do think I might have found a good groove. My garage gym works good for 9-10pm workouts. My kitchen/living room are good for my morning low impact stuff – yoga, Zumba, etc. And the outside gym once a week or so is great to be pushed farther than I tend to push myself.
Tonight I am thankful that for now, I feel like I’ve got a pretty good gym / workout rhythm figured out! It’s only taken me decades. But I think this is going to be more sustainable than my past endeavors! And sustainable it fantastic!
