I have been waiting around two weeks for this!!

I didn’t drive as much this week as I did last week.  So it made the waiting seem extra long.  But, here it was tonight!

I had been waiting for it, knowing it would be tonight!  Then forgot!

Here’s how I know God cares about the little things that make us smile:  went in to Menards, bought stuff, came back out, happened to glance at the dash, and there it was!!

It’s a good thing I was at Menards!  If the odometer did this by a casino, I’d have to go in.  Not because I actually believe it matters.  But simply on the basis that it should! 😆

As it is, I did go out in to the cold at the gas station.  I went inside and purchased a mega Millions ticket just on the principal of the situation. 😆  And, did you know those are up to $5 a piece now!!  That is crazy!!

Tonight I am thankful for getting to witness my odometer turning 77,777.  Melvin, the minivan, is now 77?  Or 7?  or 35? (7×5)?  Whatever it is, Melvin enjoyed his special day with a full tummy of gas.  And tomorrow he is getting new socks (brake pads)!!  Yay Melvin!
