Forty Eight hours of fasting! I am feeling good!
I have had successful and unsuccessful fasts in the past. I have taken notes, though not in journals as my picture would suggest (I was actually just admiring some of my notebooks earlier today while cleaning).
Thru some experiences and studying I definitely have learned better ways to fast. But, the more undocumented thing seems to be that sometimes my body just seems to need it more. And right now, it seems to be something that my body needs. I haven’t really been hungry. Some days I get hungry after an hour 😆 So, I guess this is better than I though it would be.
Tonight I am thankful for forty eight hours of comfortable fasting. I am not sure how long this fast will go. I am paying attention to my body to see what it needs. Today was lots of water, apple cider vinegar (in a capsule, ’cause it tastes yucky!), and some more broth.
