I’ve had a conundrum of food plans. I had done well with eating carnivore. Lately though, my blood sugar has been as moody as a hurricane. So, it hasn’t been maintainable.
So, I try lower carb. But, no super clear plan; and therefore, little consistency.
I spent some time last night cruising around the internet. And this morning, the internet algorithms and sneaky spy software stuff sent this MaKayla Thomas to my screen.
Well, let me take a step back here. I have looked at a Lot of recipes for low carb, high protein. Like 90-95% are not recipes I would eat. They all put vegetables in. And, I eat like a 5 year old!
But, MaKayla here has recipes I will eat!! I am very excited!!!
Tonight I am thankful for finding new, low carb, high protein foods to eat! I even went back out for different groceries! I had just gotten groceries yesterday. But, now I have the ingredients to try new recipes!!
