“I can do hard things.” This is a saying from my friend, and awesome ninja coach!
This is also an important thing to remember to encourage ourselves with, because it is true. Today was a no excuses day. My exercises were harder, but I did them. My carbohydrate intake goal was lower, and I kept to it. I had videos to make (not yet comfortable with this), I made them anyway! As I was driving away from the office I thought, Yes, I did the hard things!
Tonight I am thankful for doing the hard things! I hope you stop and give yourself credit for the things you do! And remember, You can do hard things!!
