Today was driving my kiddo and Grandpuppy back to their house area. I say area because the airport is two hours away from their house.
I got such a good deal on flights, that it made more sense to rent a reasonably priced, dog-friendly hotel close to the airport. So tomorrow I’ll be dropped at the airport to fly home and my kiddo will continue her drive home.
I don’t like good byes. I may get teary eyed at the airport though.
Tonight I am thankful for this visiting time with my kiddo (and grandpuppy). And that is all I’m focusing on now – the wonderful visit and our great chatting time on the drive! No tears today!
