7 Weeks!

Alright people!  There are only seven weeks left in my fitness challenge!! Seven weeks.  SEVEN!!

I have made some progress.  But, not as much as I’d like.  So, now is the time to get serious!!  I’ve been doing good with the intermittent fasting.  That is a lifestyle habit that I can keep.  But, I am going to stretch out some of the fasting hours on Monday, Wednesday, and Fridays. 

I’ve been doing fair with less carbs.  But now I’m going to lean in to that a lot more.  Tonight I prepped some hard boiled eggs, low carb sandwiches, and other food for the week!

I’ve been doing pretty good with the daily work-outs.  But now I’m going to shake those up a bit and add in a little more!

Tonight I am thankful that there is still seven weeks in this challenge!!  I started out super serious.  I’ve been serious still, but not “super” serious.  I’ve been a little more relaxed.  Now it’s time to dial back in!  I’ll be ok if I don’t win.  But, I’d like to make it a close competion!!
